Return Window
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

Return Eligibility

- The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging
- The item must not show excessive wear, damage, misuse, or modification

We reserve the right to inspect returned items before issuing a refund.
3D Printed Product Disclaimer
Our products are individually manufactured using 3D printing processes. Minor cosmetic imperfections, visible layer lines, texture differences, hinge resistance, surface marks, and slight movement variations are normal characteristics of 3D printed products and are not considered defects.
Some moving parts may initially feel tighter or looser depending on print tolerances and are designed to loosen naturally with regular use.
Product videos and promotional materials are intended to demonstrate functionality and may include broken-in demonstration units.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if you receive:
- a damaged item,
- a defective item,
- or the wrong item.
Include clear photo or video evidence when contacting support.
Where appropriate, we may first offer troubleshooting assistance, replacement parts, a replacement item, store credit, or a partial refund before authorizing a full return.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns and refunds may be denied for:
- Normal cosmetic variations inherent to 3D printed products
- Minor stiffness or resistance in moving parts that loosen with normal use
- Damage caused by misuse, modification, excessive force, improper handling, or accidental damage
- Items returned in used or damaged condition
- Unauthorized returns sent without approval
- Change-of-mind requests after significant use of the product
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- the wrong item was sent,
- the item arrived damaged,
- or the item is confirmed to be defective under applicable consumer protection laws.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
We reserve the right to reduce or deny refunds if returned items are found to be damaged, used beyond reasonable inspection, incomplete, or altered.
